MWAYI BENJAMIN
PROGRAM MANAGER
Mwayi is responsible for the planning and implementation of development programs. Her areas of expertise include Wash Projects, Public Health, Economics, Rural Development and Agriculture. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management with over 10 years of work experience.
Mwayi wishes to build a community where rural women and the youth are recognized in the community, young girls finish secondary school, deserving youth gets jobs and people living with HIV get easy access to healthcare. She envisions a community with equal opportunity where the women and the youth have access to land and are fully engaged in farming activities.

DALITSO CHIWAYULA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dalitso has been working with CCDO since January 2016 and is the overall in charge of organization. Apart from initiating, designing, and implementing activities, he also provides leadership, administrative and financial guidance. He is committed to sustainable social and economic development and envisions a transformed society where the rural youth and young women have access to health services and formal education. Women and the youth have access to land and are engaged in Agribusiness programs
Dalitso is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow for Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and holds a certificate in Civic Leadership from Staley School of Leadership Studies at Kansas State University in the U.S. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Malawi with specialisation in socio-economic and political issues affecting rural communities. Dalitso is also an accomplished project manager. He has also ever worked with the ministry of Agriculture as Agricultural Extension Development Officer.

Linda Malima
M&E Officer
Linda has expertise in the community development domain. She is highly skilled and experienced in project designing for the development of underprivileged and marginalised communities. Linda has experience in quantitative and qualitative research data analysis, consultancy, project designing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation. She holds a degree in Arts Humanities. She also holds certificates in Community Development, Human Rights and Governance, and other honorary credentials.
Linda always wanted to be of service to his community, looking at how vulnerable they are. She has a passion to see things change for people in terms of their economic status. She believes in giving people hope so they work harder for a better future.

JOAN FAITH DZIWANI
Accounts Manager
Joan is highly result oriented, and has expertise in effectively resolving accounting assignments in donor-funded and deadline-driven environments. She is a logical thinker and a quick learner. Joan adapts and promotes modern ethical standards while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Audit, and Information Systems from Malawi College of Accountancy.
Joan is passionate about working with rural communities, especially adolescent girls. She addresses issues relating to reproductive & health rights and gender-based violence. “Educating a girl child is a step closer to ending gender-based violence,” is her motto.

Boniface Mbewe
Fundraising Officer/ Field Officer
Boniface is passionate about working with rural communities, especially adolescent girls and young mothers. She has over three years of experience in facilitating adolescent girls and young mothers on existing by-laws related to adolescent girls and young mothers’ rights. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Computing and Information Systems.
Boniface strives towards empowering women through education and emphasizes equal opportunities.

MARY PHIRI
FIELD OFFICER
Mary works with CCDO as a Volunteer Field Officer. She values honesty, hardworking, teamwork and community mobilization. She holds a diploma in Community Development Management, and has participated in various training and was awarded a certificate in monitoring and evaluation.
Mary believes in dedicating her time, knowledge and expertise to uplift the women and youth of Malawi, develop the communities and work towards building a sustainable environment.

FARHEEN S. SAYED
OFFSHORE DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
With a degree in Media Studies from the University of Derby, UK and international work experience in Dubai, Kuwait and India, Farheen has established her own media agency, Social Donut 101. Using her resources, knowledge and experience, Farheen has helped CCDO rebuild its brand image and digital presence through re-branding, website design, social media management, digital marketing, etc. She has also undertaken other responsibilities such as creating awareness, raising funds and acquiring new partners.
Farheen strongly identifies with the organization’s goals and values and believes in the projects and activities to help develop the community.
